New site features:
Registered users can now view all HOA documents instantly in their web browser and will have the option to download documents without having to enter an email address.
Crime: We have added the local crime map from CrimeReports.com pre-configured to focus on Bridlewood Canyon. CrimeReports.com pulls data from the El Dorado County Sheriff’s Department. In addition, users can opt-in to view mapped registered sex offender information.
Real Estate Stats: Since 2011, almost 1/3 of homes in Bridlewood Canyon turned over to a new owner. The real estate market bottomed out between 2011 and 2012 and we will be monitoring recent Bridlewood Canyon sales, and update market stats like average year over year selling prices and selling prices on a per square foot basis. Make sure to check out this section to keep track of Bridlewood Canyon home values and recent sales!
